A Dragon Story
"It's Ickerie - Run - Run!" shrieked Cloud, ringing the alarm bell. Clunk! The bell fell to the ground. Pearl, the youngest dragon, ran over to her father "Daddy, daddy. What's the matter?" she cried, shaking her father's arm But before Cloud could speak, a harpoon sailed into his chest. No blood spouted, but some dust fell to the ground. It was magic. It soon became clear that her father had no more life, for his skin started to crumple and shrink. She realised that humans had found their world. Pearl shouted at the top of her voice "ALL DRAGONS FLYAWAY NOW" but she was knocked unconscious and her world went black.....
Pearl opened one eye slowly, then both of her eyes opened wide. Instead of the big lakes, lush green fields and the crisp cold mountain, she saw flats, buildings and, worst of all, mountains and mountains of rubbish. Then as she picked her way towards a broken down abandoned theatre her memory slowly flowed back. When Ickerie came there were hunters with her. She had killed her father and knocked her unconscious. Then, because she had no need for Pearl, she turned the world into a pile of broken down buildings. After that, she dumped Pearl with the humans and left her there. She expected Pearl to starve and then when she had starved, she would turn it into a paradise. That was her plan.
The theatre was in a terrible state. The curtains looked like pieces of fabric and had many holes. The stage was missing pieces of wood and, even worse, you could hear a drip-drop, drip-drop over and over again. In each seat she saw woebegone humans shivering and cuddling their children. When Pearl came in to the theatre everyone acted as if she was a Goddess. On her way to the theatre she had made a tortoise (for company) and a basket (in which she carried her tortoise) and sometimes maybe dreams. You see, even before she was knocked unconscious she had always wanted to be a dream maker. She would always be in her room making dreams and occasionally making one come true. After that she would gather them round and give them toher dragons.
As she saw the people a thought struck her mind. "Close your eyes" she commanded. and everyone closed their eyes. Pearl went over to the stage and made all the dreams she needed. She mixed a bit of her fire which made the dreams come true. She gave one to each human. Suddenly, things appeared in their laps. One even had lots of people taking pictures on their laps. Pearl had made a crystal ball for herself. In it she saw a battle and a lump of magic dust.
"Why was all this only for her?". Pearl asked herself every night as she stretched herself on two chairs, listening to babies' cries and "Don't worry" from the mothers. Pearl had heard about Ickerie from horror stories. You see, dragons were master story tellers. Pearl remembered when she was a Clawed Wizard. That was on a cold stormy night. They would listen to an old Dark Dragon tell stories. This gave Pearl a twinge as she remembered the happy times.
It was then that Pearl had found that humans did not know anything about Ickerie or her plots. She soon figured out why. From many a human she heard tales about an old woman who was rich but kind. Then one day she disappeared. People thought she had died. So they made a grave in memory of the lady. Pearl recognised that the lady was Ickerie. So she ran up to the stage and cried "People of bricks (that's what Dragons call them) would you like to hear the story of why the old lady has disappeared?"
"YES" yelled the humans but before Pearl could utter a word there was a shriek "Ickerie has come back!" There in the entrance of the theatre was an old lady wearing posh clothes and carrying an old stick. She had obviously morphed, because Pearl could tell. The old lady grabbed Pearl and hissed "Do you know why I am doing this to you and why I killed your father?" (By the way, this whole crisis was behind a curtain so the humans could not see it). Pearl felt angry and yelled "Why then? What makes me and my father so important?" The old lady (Ickerie) sneered "Look" laughed Ickerie. She did a small spell and a picture flashed up a dragon galaxy. Dragons were praying and some getting ready to fly. She heard one say "We have to rescue her" "Rescue who?" Pearl asked herself. Ickerie sneered at Pearl "Well you, of course. That was the reason why. You see, now that ice dragons are extinct (because I killed most of them) you and your father were the Queen Bee. So now that I have killed him and dumped you here and soon (because of those brainless humans) you will die of starvation and the dragons and humans will have a war".
"But no-one will win!" Pearl cried.
"Yes,but I want that to happen" sneered Ickerie “Because no-one will win they will all die and once they have all died, I will make this Paradise. And I, Ickerie, will have no mercy and I will be ruler of the universe!"
"But I still have powers" Pearl shrieked. "Cionondo Ick....." But Pearl felt a drain in her and cried out in pain and limped away. Ickerie changed her voice to an old woman's "We must throw this beast out" the old woman cried. So the humans hoisted Pearl out in the cold. Pearl lay on a roof and waited for the end.
WOOSH.The noise of flapping wings filled the air. "Dragons - attack, ATTACK" shrieked the humans. Pearl watched helplessly as the war began. Then suddenly, Pearl had an idea. She limped to the middle of the war and weakly cried "Stop!" It was not very loud, but they stopped anyway. "Do you know why we are doing this?" The dragons and the humans shook their heads. "Well" murmured Pearl "Come closer". So they all came closer and their eyes grew wide as they heard Ickerie's plans. They shook their heads in disbelief.
When Ickerie came out of the theatre Pearl went to face her. "The battle begins" Ickerie said crisply. Ickerie turned into an enormously huge worm. Pearl calmly dodged her furious bites. Ickerie got angry and turned herself in to a big mosquito but gave a piercing scream and turned into some magic dust and it flowed in to Pearl. She gave a yelp of happiness. She felt stronger than ever.
So humans and dragons forgave each other and peace was established. Pearl gave everyone a dream and for many months there were games and parties. But soon Pearl cried "Do you want to live in this dump?" The two species shook their heads. "Then" shrieked Pearl "Let's get busy".
There was lots of work to be done. They worked together to make the Earth not flat but round. Then the Earth Dragon took charge and everyone helped because everyone planted one tree, one bush and one flower. The dragons made the soil by pounding the ground with their flat feet. The Earth Dragons made a growing spell and soon the world was full of greenery. The sea, rivers and streams were made wet. The Water Dragons told everyone to make long lines through the greenery.
Once everyone had done their task, the Water Dragons made a small ball of water and water gushed everywhere.
After a break the Fire Dragons were the leaders and told everybody to make a rock. Soon the task was done and Fire Dragons blew fire in to stone places but lots of them were kept for houses, so they made a torch for them.
The Ice Dragons were the last commanders. They told them to make a chunk of ice. Soon the task was done and the Ice Dragons pieced them together. And after that? Well everyone had a long rest. And after that, well .... stop pestering me! I haven't gotten to that part! So, as I was saying, they had a long rest (what their term of resting is just doing peaceful things - that's only dragons though). When they had stopped resting the dragons made constellations for the humans as a group present and the dragons got presents. What did they get as their presents? Ohhh... I didn't think about that! If you won't stop pestering me I won't continue! Okay, are you ready?

Melvin the Monkey
Melvin the monkey was happy. He had monkey friends and bananas. everything a monkey needs.
One day Melvin was just playing with some friends when they saw a poster on the tree. It said "New King to come on Sunday. Everyone to be at the Grand Hall at 5:00".
"Sunday" said Melvin "That's today!" said another friend. It was 4.:30 when they weresaying this. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Grand Hall so they should get going!
The monkey friends swung from tree to tree trying to get to the Grand Hall before 5:00. They got to the road. Oh No! Traffic! The monkeys, who did not want to be late, jumped across all the roofs. There were spotty ones, pink ones, purple ones, and even ones with no roofs. They had to avoid them.
Before long, the road had gone a different way and they could carry on swinging. Melvin could see the Grand Hall in the distance. "We are almost there!" he shouted.
Then they got there. He saw the King just before it went dark. "I don't like the look of him" said Melvin.
The King said all the rules first. "No games, no fun and no monkeys" Bodyguards charged through the doors and carried out all the monkeys, except for one. Melvin was hiding under a chair.
After the speech, Melvin followed the King up to his room. His room was connected to a hall of mirrors. "That's good to know" thought Melvin and went home to tell the others. He forgot they had been moved five miles out of the jungle. Melvin ran along the road like crazy.
"I just went 5 miles in 5 minutes - Wow!" Melvin said as he got home. He told the others that there is a hall of mirrors (mirror maze) next to the King's house. They planned the next day.
The monkeys ran five miles and sneaked into the King's house. "You!" the King said and sent them back. But they didn't go back, they hid in the hall of mirrors until the King came in for his 'Time of Fun' as he called it, and went into the maze. He saw Melvin but every time he saw him he just hit a mirror. Then Melvin got everyone out of the mirror maze, shielded his eyes and shot his laser lipstick. It bounced off all the mirrors and into the King's eyes. He was blind! Now he couldn't see anything. The monkeys could do what they liked.
...............................
They chuck him and leave him to die and no one stops to help him because he is black. Miles cried "Help I'm dying" in a struggling voice and then The Big Red Thing appears to him as a man in a suit. "Why should you test me? Who are you?" "I am your worst nightmare and I can do whatever I want." And then Miles and the guy both disappear and Miles ends up in Hell because he p******d off The Big Red Thing.

The Fight
"I hear that Mr Grub has gone on a trip to Mount Everest on a mission. I wonder what he is doing there" Amelia said. She thought/assumed that Mr Grub went to Mount Everest for no good. She went into her room and got under the covers of her double bed. Immediately the bed turned upside down and Amelia was in her HQ.
"Morning Boss. I heard about Mr Grub going to Mount Everest. Do you know what he is there for?" asked Amelia.
Her boss replied. "It turns out that he wants to steal all the snow and use it to build a
land called 'Grub World'
Amelia had heard enough and made her way over to her secret helicopter. When you stepped inside, it didn't look like the outside at all. It was just like you had stepped inside a new world.
Amelia had no time to admire everything. She got in, strapped herself up, and off she went. It took a long time to get to Mount Everest, but it had to be done! The amazing thing was that Amelia had actually beaten Mr Grub, by getting to the Mount.
"Ow, Ouch. What are you doing to me?" cried Amelia.
"Think about it, Amelia, you always try to attack me when I don't even interfere with your life" said Mr Grub.
"Ha, Ha, Ha. You fell for my kindness. Well I'm never kind, so you are embarrassing" said Mr Grub.
It turned out that Mr Grub had hired people to record this and put it on TV. Suddenly, Amelia's face was no longer cheerful, but full of embarrassment and shame. The good thing about it was that whenever anything is live on TV, Amelia's star parents watchit. As soon as they saw it, they recognised her face.
While that was happening, Mr Grub was taking the snow off the mountain.
<"No, don't you dare - you can't" cried Amelia. Before she could say any more, her star parents were there before her. At first, she thought they were strangers, but then, they came over to her and cut the rope. She smelt the lovely rich perfume that she had smelt 13 years ago. "Mum, Dad, is it you?" she whispered. "Yes, our little duckling" they chorused.
This wasthe best part of Amelia's life. She honestly did want to stay with them but she also had to fight Mr Grub.
By this time, Mr Grub was getting jealous, so he started turning the snow into ice-cubes and throwing it at the family.
"Sorry, Mum, sorry Dad, but I've got to defeat this evil enemy of mine". Amelia jumped up and tied Mr Grub in the rope that he had tied her in.
Luckily Amelia had wolf treats with her and hypnotised the wolves. "Here Wolfie, here Wolfie"she said.
"You're under arrest young man" said the Police, rushing in now.
And that was the end of Mr Grub.

The Meeting at Green Weed Lane
One windy day when Coral was playing happily in the sea and the birds were singing beautifully, a note attached to a balloon fell from the sky. Coral inspected the balloon in surprise "What on earth can this be here for, I wonder".....
After Coral turned into a fairy and got dressed in her slippers and dress, she thought she should read the note. After a few minutes Coral found the note. It read "Come to Green Weed Lane, the Salty Swamp at midnight exactly from ...."
Coral squinted hard at the signature but then she realised is wasn't a signature. It was a skull and cross-bones with a crocodile face. "That looks familiar, very familiar" Coral said to her pet dog who was called Buddy. Suddenly Buddy began to bark at a Wanted Poster of Coral's most deadly enemy. His name was Crocodilian.. "What is it Buddy? That's just a poster. It isn't going to hurt you" Coral said, trying to reassure Buddy, who had now taken the note off the table where Coral had been reading it. Buddy matched the symbol on the note to the one on the bottom of the poster.
"Crocodilian, that symbol is Crocodilian's. Oh you clever dog!" Coral said happily, patting Buddy on the head. "If this is what Crocodilian wants, this is what he will get" said Coral in the sort of voice that meant she had a plan.
"Good work, Buddy". It was 11.30 at night so they would have time to get to Green Weed Lane, and so they could go over the plan one more time. When they knew it off by heart they were able to set off.
As Coral stepped out of the door, she was about to check her map to see where Green Weed Lane was. It was quite a long way away, so Coral decided to apperate. A split second later they were there, so now all Coral had to do was find Crocodilian. That didn't take long because as soon as Coral said "Where's Crocodilian" there he was, and then in a cold voice he said "Coral how unpleasant to see you".
"The feeling is quite mutual" Coral said, equally coldly. There was a long silence that seemed to dull your bones and dig knives into your skull.
.
After what seemed like ages, Crocodilian finally broke the silence and said "So what about the battle we are going to have? Like what I said in the note I sent you, or I could call the whole thing off and you'd be called a coward!"
"You didn't mention a battle in your letter, but I'm more than happy to have a battle, since I would NEVER STOOP SO LOW as to be called a coward" Coral said bravely. "Then let the battle commence" Crocodilian hissed.
Coral drew a sword that glistened in the moonlight and Crocodilian drew a sword equally as flashy. There was the noise of two swords against each other and the battle truly did commence. Coral took the first move. She had her sword in her right hand and the shield she used to protect Buddy with in the other. She swiped her sword over Crocodilian's head and missed by half a centimetre. Buddy let out a howl of disappointment and sadness.
"Ha -missed! Your poor little flea-bitten mongrel must have been expecting more of you". Crocodilian sneered.
"The words 'flea-bitten and mongrel don't usually go together" Coral pointed out. Then, without warning she leapt forward and jabbed her sword under Crocodilian's chin, making it point up. "Buddy, you know what to do, don't you?" Buddy nodded, then ran behind Crocodilian, grasping Coral's shield in his mouth. He turned his head, hitting Crocodilian so hard he was knocked dead.
"That's him sorted! Good teamwork" Coral said with glee. They both knew what they had to do, so they went off to the Town Hall and crossed out all the Wanted Posters of Crocodilian and wrote 'He's dead'.
After they finished they went to the Mayor and he said "You have done a great thing. Now you must go and rest“. And that is what they did.

The Call for Mr Pig
One fine hot day Mr Pig, who’s real name was Pig, was having a cold mud bath.
“Ah, what a fine day for a fine mud bath. What do you say Pig Junior? ”Mr Pig said, cheerfully, eating a sandwich.
“Yeah, Dad. How about some of dat sandwich eh?” Pig Junior said, nudging his father.
“Get your own” Mr Pig replied.
A few minutes later his wife said “Someone from the Police for you, darling”
“Tell them to go away. I’m having a mud bath here!” Mr Pig yelled.
“I mean on the phone for you” Mrs Pig said, remaining calm.
Mr Pig felt angry he had to sacrifice a beautiful mud bath just to talk to some guy. He waddled over, intending to take his time. Finally, Mr Pig put the phone to his ear and spoke in a stern voice. “Mr Pig speaking, what do you want?”
The speaker at the other side replied “For you and I to meet Pig, at Oink Ocean Bay”.
Mr Pig was well and truly astounded that someone would want to meet at Mr Pig’s own ocean.
n.
“Why the world would you want to meet at my own ocean. Also you will call me ‘Mr Pig’. Is that understood?” Mr Pig shouted into the phone as loud as possible.
“Whatever” came the caller’s voice, then hung up.
An hour later Mr Pig’s huge body glistened because Mr Pit was sweating buckets. Finally Mr Pig saw the caller.
“No, I don’t believe it. No, it can’t be” Mr Pig muttered silently. His old arch enemy (who still is now). Evil Farmer Axeonator said, whilst strolling slowly towards Mr Pig.
“Go away, punk” Mr Pig said nervously.
y.
“Why should I? Also I’m no punk” Evil Farmer Axeonator said in a scary voice. “Anyway, no more chit chat. Lets ‘s fight”
Mr Pig was frightened, but he knew what he had to do. In the distance was a canoe. He ran to it as fast as his pudgy legs would carry him.
Evil Farmer Axeonator was shocked. The pig who had once upon 3 weeks ago pushed him off acliff was scared. Never mind that, that was 3 weeks ago. It was pay-back time.He looked around for Mr Pig. Mr Pig was sailing away, his fat body weighing down his canoe. Evil Farmer Axeonator jumped in a speed boat and the battle began.
Evil Farmer Axeonator sped after Mr Pig. Mr Pig looked back, saw his enemy and splashed salt water into his eyes.
“Ahhhh!” screamed Evil Farmer Axeonator.
The battle lasted 1 minute and ended when Evil Farmer Axeonator fell into the water.
Mr Pig went home eating a Big Mac. Splashing salt water in his enemy’s eyes was hard work. When he got home he tripped over Pig Junior and fell in some mud. His chips got smothered in mud, but he ate them anyway. He was safe. Or was he?
At Oink Ocean Bay a figure was climbing out of the ocean saying works too rude to be mentioned. Yes, it was Evil Farmer Axeonator. He made a promise to himself that he wouldn’t rest until he had Mr Pig for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mr Pig didn’t know that. Anyway, that’s another story.

Eden’s Garden
Eden walked into his garden. The roses had a vivid red in them. The tiny lake had looked so clean, but now he could see the slimy-green in it. The great knot of trees swayed savagely. Their green leaves fell upon the fresh, green grass. The pebbles on the milky-white patio rolled and tumbled. Eden always watched them out of his window. A high tower of ivy covered the wall around the garden on the inside. From the outside it appeared a thick, tall wall of brick. No one knew about the secret, wild garden. Eden didn’t come out very often. No one ever saw Eden either. Eden didn’t think it was weird. He liked to hide in bushes. That was the reason why no one saw him. He spent a lot of time amongst his thick den of trees.
One day as Eden walked into his garden he saw everything looked brighter. Nothing looked the same as it had been. The pebbles, flowers, trees, patio and lake shone in the sunlight. Eden walked all around the garden and when he came back to where he had started a long trail of gold streamed out from the ivy. Now he knew where the brightness came from. As Eden stepped a little closer he found a key in amongst the gold. He pushed back the ivy and found a circular door. He unlocked the round door and squeezed inside. Eden found a path of blood-red rubies and snow-white pearls encrusting the ground. He picked one up and teleported straight away into another part of the garden. This part had plants that curled and turned out of sight. The garden never ended.
Eden couldn’t see anything except for plants and jewels and even crystal balls that twisted the minds of others. Eden picked one crystal ball up and dropped it. His mind had begun to fade.
“That was frightening. Oh, so frightening,” sighed Eden. As he looked he saw squirrels and foxes running all around the garden, one fox and three squirrels looked at him as he stepped nearer. They didn’t run away.
“How come they are not scared of people?” Eden asked himself. He carried on walking. More jewels were scattered everywhere. This time there were sparkling diamonds and grass-green emeralds.
Eden walked around the garden for a little while. Soon he came to a lake bigger than his own. This lake was emerald green. Seaweed was coming out of it and pouring onto the ground. It lay upon the crystals. The sky didn’t look real. It looked like a blue ceiling with painted clouds. Eden explored all around. There were bushes and flower beds and peach trees. He picked up a fish head stone and hid it in his pocket.
As Eden turned back to the lake he saw a fin emerge out of the water. Suddenly it vanished and a fish appeared which had golden scales, silver fins and shimmering eyes.
“You look thirsty,” cackled the fish, “come and have something to drink.”
Eden walked to the lake and the fish pushed him in the freezing, swirling water.
“Aahhh,” screamed Eden. He had fallen into an underwater cave, the fish followed him in. Eden started splashing to the surface away from THAT MONSTER! He blanched at the thought of breathing underwater. Surely, this was a DREAM! As he fell he collided with the rocks as smooth as marble. Eden was horrified now as he realised why the fish wanted him. It was because the fish thought he could make him his prisoner. Eden swam faster. He closed his eyes and drifted upwards right to the surface, jumped slightly and whooshed out onto the grass. He looked around and saw swaying trees, milky-white patio and flowers. It was his own...GARDEN!
He felt in his pocket and drew out a stone in the shape of a fish’s head.
“So it wasn’t a dream at all!” he breathed deeply. He came to the place where the gold had been but it wasn’t there any longer. He thought he wouldn’t be able to return there again, however, one day he did go back...but that’s another story.
When he looked at his watch, it was still the same time as when he had gone through the door onto the other side: exactly 7.30 in the evening.
Eden felt a shiver go down his spine, as he looked at his watch. When he gazed at the fish stone it gave him a wink and he shuddered for the last time...until the next adventure.

A Farm in Africa
& It was dawn on the farm in Africa. The sun was rising and you could hear all thealarm bells ringing. The traffic started. Ruth woke up early and ran downstairs. She was heading for the stables. The stables were as high as a tree and as wide as a room. The stables were cleaned seven times a day. The people who cleaned the stables had to go on stilts to get to the ceiling.
Ruth had never realised Mr Croc untidied the stables. He was a jealous little thing. If he didn't get his own way, he would shout like thunder and get in a rage! He was worse than Lion. Mr Croc was using a plank of wood as a protection just in case. (Mr Croc was not a very nice crocodile, but he was certainly a rude and scaryone!).
Ruth didn't think anything was going wrong but then she noticed a plank of wood moving. "I swear I saw a bit of wood moving" she said. Scared and curious she went towards the wood. Now she was really starting to feel it. She saw a green thing flick up in the air and now she knew who it really was.
s.
"Comeout of your hiding place, Mr Croc - you're not very good at hiding. I suggest you be more careful where and when you tread" Ruth said, relieved.
BlackBeauty was quite impatient now. He was stamping his foot and biting his bit inhis mouth. Ruth thought it must be okay to leave Mr Croc and go on Black Beauty. Ride him to the Hill Top Grange and meet the Mustangs, tame them and help them. Become friends with them.
Mr Croc won't let Ruth go this second - Oh No! When Mr Croc bit Ruth on the leg Ruth yelled and disappointment filled her heart. She did not know what Mr Croc would actually want her for. The only possible thing would be getting his gang and tearing Black Beauty and herself into rotten slices. But Mr Croc was not at all thinking that. He was thinking something completely different like magic. Her Mum came andpushed her to the car. Ruth was speechless!
"Darling, you shouldn't be near the Temple River. Bad luck will come from Mr Croc. You should be at school!" Mum said sadly.
y.
At school Ms Burg-house was very upset. "Ruth, you said you would be early, and please get that cheeky smile off your face. No-one likes it" grumbled Ms Burg-house.
She did look like a burger!, but she couldn't bother to argue back. At lunch no-one wanted to play with Ruth, not even look at Ruth. Ruth had some creepy feeling that Ms Burg-house had told the class something mean about her, maybe something that was not even true. By now she was freaked out. Ruth felt like pulling her top off when Ms Burg-house said it was time to go.
But her disappointment fell when Ms Burg-house told her to stay. "We need to have a chat" she said, doing her wicked smile. This reminded her of what Mr Croc said which made her be late for school. All that she remembered today came rushing back to the front of her mind. As well as thoughts, she had questions which came to her. The questions were like this:
"Why did Mr Croc choose my teacher?"
"What did she tell the class?"
"Why did the class obey her on the exact moment she said it?!
All those questions she wanted to ask and know the answers. When should she tell Ms Burg-house her well-thought out questions. Ruth thought her Mum must have been saying because her Mum jumped out on Ms Burg-house exactly when she needed it.
Although it was the last day of term, Ruth was not very happy. "Mum, I am going to defeat Mr Croc - I have to" Ruth said sadly. Before Ruth could say anything else Mum interrupted "Well, that's the good news. I'm going to tell you. Your horse Black Beauty saved the day. He killed Mr Croc" Ruth's Mum said happily. "I am going, well the family and Black Beauty are going to Australia and we are going to meet the Mustangs. We are allowed to take home eight. We are going to the Hill top Grange" Ruth's Mum said with feeling.
When they got to Hilltop Grange Ruth cried because it was so beautiful. These are the names she called her eight horses:
Silverbell, Boblier, Strawberry, Lavender, Ginger, Colorshell, Blossom and Hydrangea.
When it was the beginning as a whole new year, Ms Burg-house said she was very sorry and in her power they made horse-riding an after school club.

Robot vs Enemy
Its 6.00 pm and I've just finished my home-work and, because it is the half-term and I've
got completely nothing to do, I have been in the house for nearly 4 days and I'm very bored.
Then I suddenly saw two robots fighting each other on the TV. Then a jolly voice said "Now it is your chance to be a robot champion. Just call our hot-line now!"
That message blew into my head like a racing car. I had to be a robot champion - fast! So I walked down the road to my friend, Mark, and I went into his house. I did not really go into his house. I just went to his shed. In Mark's shed there are thousands of tools, such as hammers, spanners, plugs, nuts and bolts and lots more. Just enough to build my robot. When I'd gathered up the things I needed, we both went to the back garden to start to build it.
The next morning, we had finally finished building the robot and all we had to do was make a working remote to make it move and hold stuff and then we had to choose a colour. We chose gold and then later in the afternoon Mark put it in his shed for tomorrow.
w
The following day the big day had come. At about 8.00 in the evening everyone gathered in the Stadium for the big robot fight. I was watching the robot get ready while Mark was controlling it. The other robot was huge, shielded with protective steel that could hold back almost any punch or shot. Then some loud speakers said "Everyone take your places.....One, two, three ....GO" The audience shrieked with amazement as the two robots started to battle with each other.
Twenty minutes later....
We Won! We Won! as we cheered and danced all the way back home at 10.00 pm at night. The following second day we were still cheering.
